About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage in client facing activities such as distributing reports, scheduling surveys, creating presentations and following up on risk improvement recommendations and assisting with presentation creation/editing
- Support vendor management by tracking vendor invoices, ensuring vendor work billed has been performed, and processing invoices for payment in internal systems
- Attend team meetings to provide support for designated regions
- Assist leadership with tasks that help facilitate the effective operation of the team such as participating in the work assignment process by routing incoming requests
- Creating reports and analysing data using tools such as Power BI
- Managing and ownership of group mailboxes, account lists, shared drives, team sites, etc.
- Assisting with the maintenance of account and prospect lists, liaise with underwriting to ensure status and information on accounts is accurate
- On and off boarding employees, including ensuring equipment is received for start date, systems & access requests are completed, and orientation to Risk Consulting and T&E policies
- Arranging on-site team and lunch and learn meetings
- Providing special project support for the global team
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar administrative and/or operational support roles
- Data-driven individual who focuses on accuracy and attention to detail
- Learning agility β willingness to learn from experiences and new situations
- Client servicing β ability to anticipate internal and external client needs and act proactively
- Ability to work on long term projects with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Service Now, Share Point, Concur, SalesForce
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours to attend global phone meetings in early morning/late evening
