Corrections Specialist 4 - PN59 - HQ
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of health care improvement initiatives
- Coordinate, provide consultation to, and work in partnership within the Office of Tribal Affairs
- Develop recommendations and implement approved strategic processes
- Provide education and/or clarification via presentations or constructive feedback
- Coordinate with other MTP leads and Subject Matter Experts
- Identify problems; analyzes and evaluates process and operating deficiencies
- Provide timely reporting and documentation
- Attend and participate in internal and external meetings
- Develop continuity of care for Native Veterans
- Partner closely with facility-based Health Services Reentry Teams
- MTP Prison Data and Reporting
- Administer agency and divisional portfolios
- Monitor and control master project plans
- Provide professional level coaching
- Communicate and reinforce organizational culture
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience working with tribal governments
- At least two (2) years of experience interpreting, analyzing, or applying print policies
- Experience supporting individuals navigating health systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Experience coordinating projects, casework, or cross system activities
