Corrections Specialist 4 - PN59 - HQ

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of health care improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate, provide consultation to, and work in partnership within the Office of Tribal Affairs
  • Develop recommendations and implement approved strategic processes
  • Provide education and/or clarification via presentations or constructive feedback
  • Coordinate with other MTP leads and Subject Matter Experts
  • Identify problems; analyzes and evaluates process and operating deficiencies
  • Provide timely reporting and documentation
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings
  • Develop continuity of care for Native Veterans
  • Partner closely with facility-based Health Services Reentry Teams
  • MTP Prison Data and Reporting
  • Administer agency and divisional portfolios
  • Monitor and control master project plans
  • Provide professional level coaching
  • Communicate and reinforce organizational culture

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience working with tribal governments
  • At least two (2) years of experience interpreting, analyzing, or applying print policies
  • Experience supporting individuals navigating health systems
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Experience coordinating projects, casework, or cross system activities
