About the role
Deliver skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, supporting patients with cardiac monitoring and related needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess cardiac patients using telemetry equipment
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current RN licensure with Telemetry experience
