The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) strategies. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement within the Talent department. Responsibilities Administrative & Coordination Enter job requisitions into the recruitment system (ORC) and ensure postings on all relevant job boards according to country requirements. Coordinate internal and external training programs, including booking rooms, managing accommodations, and liaising with trainees. Manage the invoicing process, including creating purchase orders in the system, reviewing and approving invoices, and tracking cross-charges with follow-up as needed. Data Management & Reporting Maintain HR data systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Prepare dashboards, executive reports, and benchmarks for TA and L&OD. Maintain compliance with reporting standards and audit requirements. Analytics & Insights Analyze job board performance and recruitment trends to optimize sourcing strategies. Conduct predictive analysis to support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting. Evaluate labor market trends and internal mobility patterns. Measure Learning ROI and assess training effectiveness. Analyze exit interview data to identify retention risks and patterns. Review Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key topics and trends. Process & Automation Automate reporting processes and streamline data collection. Create “How-to” guides for HR processes for managers and employees. Support HR technology implementation and optimization. Project Support Provide data insights for HR initiatives such as engagement surveys and talent reviews.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience in an HR environment.
- 1- 2 years of experience in an HR administrative/ Data Analyst or coordinator role, preferably in a multi-site or regional setting
- Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and data confidentiality and understanding of HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, diversity, engagement)
