Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• 4 to 8 years of experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and Functional Programming.
• Extensive knowledge of Spring Modules, including Spring Core, Spring AOP, Spring Web MVC, Spring Reactive, Spring AI, and Spring Batch, Apache camel, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Mastery of Design Patterns as defined in the Gang of Four (GOF) and Java EE (JEE).
• Deep understanding of Design Principles such as SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI.
• Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture and related patterns, including Saga, Circuit Breaker, Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), and Strangler.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, including Kafka and Chubb.IO.
• Ability to build reusable components or services for enterprise-level use.
• Expertise in Unit Testing with tools such as JUnit, JMock, and Mockito.
• Significant experience in Performance Testing using JMeter, Gatling, and REST Assured.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Expertise in both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, with a focus on MongoDB.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Platforms, preferably Azure, and their features, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Key Vault, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
• Deep understanding of Secure Coding principles, referencing guidelines from OWASP.
