Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research to explore user behaviors and motivations
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks and models to understand user needs
- Design, plan, and execute research studies utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Conduct advanced analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to generate clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels to create useful, usable, and delightful products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
