About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary research to explore user behaviors and motivations
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks and models to understand user needs
  • Design, plan, and execute research studies utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Conduct advanced analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to generate clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels to create useful, usable, and delightful products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
