Software Engineering Manager, Health

We’re looking for an exceptional software engineering leader to guide the development of new health software features on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch

• Defining product features, functional specs, resource planning, and development schedules
• Scoping and prioritizing features and bug fixes
• Representing the team and its technology in technical and project meetings
• Advise and encourage engineering best practices to deliver quality features
• Define and grow a diverse and world-class engineering team

• 3+ years experience leading iOS engineering teams
• Track record demonstrating the ability to build a diverse and strong team
• Successfully launched high-quality consumer products
• Passion for and prior experience designing and implementing outstanding user interfaces and customer experience
• Technical experience with native iOS development and a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
• Drive forward through various constraints and ambiguity on difficult problems to make sound decisions
• Poses excellent communication skills and can influence cross-functionally
• BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
