Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – New Grads Welcome Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant looking to make a difference in children’s lives? We’re seeking an SLPA to join our team in a school-based setting. If you're eager to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized records
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
• Support SLP in IEP-related activities as needed

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state licensure or certification (or eligibility) as an SLPA
• Experience working with children, preferably in schools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of basic therapy techniques and IEP processes (preferred)
