Clinician Preference Coordinator I

The Clinician Preference Coordinator I (CPC I) is a part-time, remote role responsible for making all scheduled recruiting lead sourcing calls daily in order to assist production teams.

• Make outbound calls to new clinician leads to discuss availability and interest in locums
• Assist production teams with lead sourcing assignments and projects
• Update and maintain provider preference information in the Salesforce CRM database
• Assist area associates and keep management informed of activities and significant issues
• Promote the company’s professional image and brand

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
