Senior Technical Lead needed to manage a team or teams that build Data Ingestion Framework (DIF) to optimize exchange of data with 3rd parties

• Manage a team or teams that build Data Ingestion Framework (DIF) to optimize exchange of data with 3rd parties
• Design and develop new Data Ingestion components in GI's major strategic initiatives
• Support critical BAU platforms
• Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions to solve them

• 8+ years experience in Application Development with strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC framework, RESTful API
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems required
• Experience in Insurance industry including understanding of insurance products processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience in Technical Delivery using Agile methodology
• Experience in large-scale project execution with globally distributed teams
• Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE Spring Boot Spring MVC framework RESTful API
• Experience with innovative technologies such as Generative AI Machine Learning and emerging technologies
• Experience with DevOps tools Jenkins Github
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Experience with relational databases models
• Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2 S3 VPC IAM and RDS
• Experience designing implementing scalable cloud solutions
