This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse with a strong background in operating room nursing and leadership. You will oversee the perioperative team to ensure smooth patient throughput and efficient surgical schedules.

• Oversee the perioperative team to ensure smooth patient throughput and efficient surgical schedules
• Collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager to supervise clinical staff and contribute to surgical workflow improvements
• Act as a preceptor for new team members and manage staffing levels
• Update surgical preference cards and maintain patient safety and clinical quality standards

• Minimum two years of operating room nursing experience
• At least two years of leadership experience in a surgical setting
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT procedures, and interventional pain management
