• Own the end-to-end product strategy for athenahealth’s Data & Analytics Platform
• Define and evolve a modern data platform architecture
• Lead product strategy for enterprise data warehouse/lakehouse capabilities
• Drive platform enablement for AI-first product development
• Establish and evolve semantic layers, metrics frameworks, and analytics platforms
• Own the vision for customer-facing analytics and reporting experiences
• Enable real-world evidence use cases through reusable, governed, high-quality de-identified data assets
• Set clear outcomes for platform adoption, product velocity, customer impact, and business value
• Build and lead high-performing product teams, developing senior talent and setting a strong culture of accountability and clarity

• Proven experience leading large-scale data or analytics platforms as a senior product executive
• Deep fluency in modern data platform concepts, including lakehouse architectures, streaming data, semantic modeling, and platform enablement
• Strong point of view on AI-first product strategy and the role data platforms play in accelerating intelligence at scale
• Demonstrated ability to operate across infrastructure-adjacent platforms and user-facing products
• Track record of building and leading senior product teams with high standards for execution and impact
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or complex enterprise environments is a strong plus—but not required
