About the role

The role you'll contribute: Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. The value you'll bring to the team: Greets patients/visitors and directs/escorts to the desired location. Triages patient call lights in a timely manner. Communicates with patient, family members, visitors, physicians and associates in a professional and caring manner. May be tasked with conducting patient rounds throughout the shift to inquire about patients/visitors needs as well as orienting them to the unit and patient room. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv Basic Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association (BCLS)
