• Architect and deliver high-performance native mobile applications integrated with ML models and cloud services
• Deep expertise in designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance database architectures
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions
• Lead ML initiatives using frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and TensorFlow
• Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of engineering processes
• Collaborate closely with Directors and VPs to influence technical strategy and make high-impact architectural decisions
• Mentor and grow software engineers and junior database engineers

• 10+ years of software development experience across mobile, backend, and ML systems
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering core teams
• Proven track record in building native mobile apps and architecting complex database systems
• Expertise in ML model development and deployment using LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
