Lead Analyst, Financial Systems

Responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Provide process and end user support for our Cable Finance stakeholders in our OneStream system. Assist in future enhancements, training, reporting, and providing system expertise.

• Provide application support for OneStream and the C&P processes
• Liaison between stakeholders and IT for general maintenance, issue resolution, and the implementation of change management requests
• Continually review, identify, and document process improvements, control points, and process flows for all supported software
• Facilitate and oversee end users reporting requirements
• Update and review end user and admin documentation for all supported applications
• Assist with system projects as needed
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary
• Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
• Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system
• May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data, and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel, etc.
• Recommends course of action
• Functions as a liaison between the client, community, and internal information technology and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems
• Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team, both field and corporate, in order to secure alignment and solution excellence
• Creates clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics
• Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations
• Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements
• Leads/owns direction of the project(s) with limited guidance
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
