Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all. We are looking for Associate Member of Technical Staff to join our Clinicals test automation team within our Bangalore R&D division.
Responsibilities
- Understand business workflow and translate it into effective E2E test scenarios
- Analyze business critical workflows which are candidates for UI automation
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the business workflow based on testing observations
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to handle automation challenges
- Strong communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Proactive approach to identifying potential problems and implementing preventive measures
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- Adhere to test automation coding practices and ensure zero review comments
- Ensure automated tests are passing 100 % when integrated with existing automated test suite
- Ensure failures are resolved with least turnaround time to ensure 100 % pass
- Articulate automation challenges and communicate to stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively within Agile frameworks
- Execute non automated customer critical workflows manually during releases
Requirements
- 1-2 years of automation testing experience with significant product development expertise
- Proficient in Typescript and Javascript
- Strong expertise in UI Automation using Selenium Webdriver
- Familiarity with API Automation using POSTMAN
- Knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
- Understanding Page Object Model
- Familiarity with SQL or Oracle queries
- Basic understanding of C#, Java or any programming language
- Experienced in debugging code
- Ability to analyze test automation failures and resolve automation failures with quick turnaround time
- Familiarity with source code management tools like GitHub or Bitbucket
