Rail Operations Coordinator (TPS3) | Work that Matters

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex passenger rail projects with limited supervision
  • Develop project scope, schedules, and budgets and coordinate project teams
  • Organize, facilitate, and document project team meetings, including coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Track, monitor, and report project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
  • Review and approve project invoices in accordance with contract terms and conditions
  • Initiate and facilitate ongoing communication with project team members to ensure alignment
  • Develop and execute agreements, contracts, and task orders in coordination with external and internal partners
  • Negotiate agreement terms and conditions, writing statements of work, and developing schedules and budgets
