Rail Operations Coordinator (TPS3) | Work that Matters
Responsibilities
- Manage complex passenger rail projects with limited supervision
- Develop project scope, schedules, and budgets and coordinate project teams
- Organize, facilitate, and document project team meetings, including coordinating with internal and external partners
- Track, monitor, and report project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Review and approve project invoices in accordance with contract terms and conditions
- Initiate and facilitate ongoing communication with project team members to ensure alignment
- Develop and execute agreements, contracts, and task orders in coordination with external and internal partners
- Negotiate agreement terms and conditions, writing statements of work, and developing schedules and budgets
