About the role
Registered Nurse 2, Part-Time (80%), Evening Shift
Responsibilities
- Prepare, carry out, evaluate, and revise treatment plans for individual residents
- Pass medications, administer, monitor, and record treatments, and assess resident condition
- Suction patients, administer oxygen, catheterization irrigation; administer IV solutions, colostomy, and tracheostomy care
- Maintain gastric feeding tubes, pumps, and other skilled treatments
- Assist with routine rehabilitative and maintenance care
- Report and record physical and psychosocial changes and report actions and findings in medical records
- Coordinate communication between the physician social worker, psychologists, and practical nurses concerning nursing care and agency policies
- Promote resident participation in recreational activities
Requirements
- Current Washington state registered nurse license or unencumbered registered nurse multistate license
- Must be proficient in the English language and be able to read, write and speak English
