Operating Room RN

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor and document patient status throughout the surgical process.

• Valid RN license with certification and experience in Operating Room nursing.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and perioperative care standards.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a hospital surgical unit or similar setting preferred.
