Facility Supervisor/Kierownik Oddziału

The Facility Store Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and smooth functioning of a single store, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and coordination with local sales and technical teams.

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with local sales and technical teams to support sales goals and operational needs.
• Addressing complaints promptly within company guidelines.
• Secure handling, and timely reporting.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, or arrange repairs with local technicians (after approval of expenses).
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations and company policies at the store level.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain a stock management system to optimize turnover.
• Participate in daily management system meetings, providing operational feedback.
• Conduct the annual physical inventory for the store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement safety, loss prevention, and hazardous materials handling practices, reporting any non-compliance.

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant subject (preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years in operational management, customer relations, or retail/logistics; knowledge of safety and health regulations (required).
• Technical/Skill Requirements: Medium computer skills, familiarity with cash handling and company IT systems (required).
• Languages: Polish (advanced: written, spoken, read); English (intermediate: written, spoken, read).
• Travel Requirements: Rare, limited to the store or local needs.
