Regional Chief Medical Information Officer

The Regional Chief Medical Information Officer (Regional CMIO), is responsible for oversight and coordination of all clinical activity associated with or impacted by AdventHealth Clinical IT Systems, including acute, post-acute, and ambulatory practices within the Region and Market.

• Oversight and coordination of all clinical activity associated with or impacted by AdventHealth Clinical IT Systems
• Partner with the Market Medical Groups, clinical operational leadership, facility Chief Medical Officers and Chief Nursing Officers, Chiefs of Staff, and operational leadership, Regional CIOs and Regional CMIOs to achieve best practices and promote clinical excellence

• MD or DO with a minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical practice providing direct patient care
• Clinical systems experience with focus on computerized provider order entry, Clinical IT adoption, electronic documentation, clinical decision support, and the connected continuum of care
