Location: All of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. Main campus office is in Altamonte Springs. The role you'll contribute: The Specialized Staffing Registered Nurse is responsible for providing one-on-one skilled nursing care for assigned patients on hospice care in private homes or in skilled nursing facilities/assisted living facilities, in compliance with hospice, State and Federal regulatory and licensure standards. The Specialized Staffing Registered Nurse will also complete training to be available to work in the In Patient Unit (IPU) and in the field as a flex nurse/'runner'. The value you'll bring to the team: Provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients requiring crisis care in various settings. Assesses patient conditions and symptoms necessitating crisis care. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitors and manages symptoms to ensure patient comfort. Communicates with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care plans. Educates and supports family members and caregivers. The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Associate's of Nursing 3 years work experience Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure In Florida Active American Heart Association BLS Valid in state Drivers License with current car insurance Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's of Nursing Certified Hospice and Palliative RN (CHPN) - Cert

- Associate's of Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure In Florida
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Valid in state Drivers License with current car insurance
