Physical Therapist Outpatient

The Physical Therapist provides self-directed, effective therapy to patients in accordance with Florida Physical Therapy Association standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 486.021 (S): Physical Therapist means a person who is licensed and who practices physical therapy in accordance with this chapter.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School upon hire
• Minimum of BS Degree in Physical Therapy upon hire
• Current FL state PT license upon hire
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or RQI required upon hire
• One hour of Hip & Knee replacement surgery education required within 6 months, then annually
