• Collaborates with clinicians to design, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical applications and other associated systems.
• Provides 24/7 on-call support to operations, including off-duty shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends, to fully support operations during major installs.
• Assesses clinical workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality.
• Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train-the-trainer, Service Line Expert, upgrade, and other training as necessary.

• Bachelor's of Nursing
