Orange Ave Suite, Orlando, FL, 32806 The role you'll contribute : Responsible for establishing patients' overall experience ensuring safety and demonstrating respect, with an emphasis on customer service. This position handles access-related activities including scheduling, registration, and pre/post visit communications. This role ensures a pleasant experience for patients through efficient and courteous service. In addition, this position addresses patient inquiries and provides necessary information. Additionally, this role collaborates with other staff to maintain smooth operations.
