Security Generalist

The Security Generalist performs security services duties through professional and positive interaction with the public, patients, employees and administrators. With a focus on system-based employee support in ambulatory, outpatient, and business office sites, conducts site & threat assessments, manages physical security projects and provides employee training.

• Provides assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations
• Investigates and documents (both electronically and written) safety hazards, incidents and criminal activities

• Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage Security personnel including organization, scheduling, and prioritizing work assignments!
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with heavy emphasis on customer service
