Principal Associate, Financial Analysis, Deal Team

This is an exciting time for Capital One Card Partnerships, as we are looking to expand our business aggressively in the partner credit card segment, not only through organic growth in existing programs, but also through acquisitions of new card partners, the focus of this role. The ideal candidate will provide strong financial leadership as we’re evaluating prospective partnership deals.

• Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights
• Critically evaluate option sets and present recommendations
• Effective under both open-ended and tight timelines
• Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts to grow the organization
• Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years’ experience in financial analysis
• At least 4 years’ experience with financial modeling
