Local Permit Review Program Specialist (COM 4)

• Establish statewide policies for oversight and management of Washington State’s Local Permit Review Program
• Serve as state technical expert on Local Permit Review eligible activities and state requirements governing the award and management of grants
• Provide a high level of consultation to the agency, division and external program partners

• Eight (8) years of combined experience and/or education in community, trade, or economic development
• Experience in community, trade, or economic development that consists of urban and regional planning, public administration or related field
