• Supervising the operation of the Environmental Monitoring Program, including swabs, and air samples
• Ensuring methods and procedures are appropriately followed
• Ensuring CAPA activities are followed through to completion
• Providing direction and technical expertise to personnel
• Providing leadership during problem solving situations related to microbial issues

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, food technology, engineering or 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Previous project management experience
