Financial Analyst, Devices and Services

Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions.

• Partner with Global and Regional teams across the business and finance to shape the direction of the EMEA Devices and Services business, while ensuring sound financial decisions for Google.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Google's Devices and the Ecosystem they operate in.
• Lead monthly Profit and Loss reporting, including performance reviews with leadership across Partnerships.
• Surface insights on country and product performance and provide recommendations to shape investment decisions and long-term strategy.
• Develop tools and data infrastructure to communicate business performance to a range of audiences, including senior management, simply and efficiently.
• Initiate and implement global process improvement initiatives for finance, including shaping the global system and data infrastructure agenda, drawing on automation/process expertise as well as AI.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience with databases, SQL-based languages, and the use of investigative tools on datasets.
