Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students within an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to students on the autism spectrum.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions.

• Active Behavior Specialist license or RBT certification in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students.
• Demonstrated expertise in ASD and behavior management strategies.
