School LPN | Reading, Pennsylvania

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to support the health and well-being of students within an elementary school setting in Reading, PA.

• Providing basic nursing care, health assessments, and first aid to students
• Administering medications and treatments per physician’s orders
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health plans
• Promoting a safe and healthy school environment through health education and preventive care

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Experience working in school nursing preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and educators
• Knowledge of pediatric first aid and common childhood illnesses
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
