About the role

Join the Human Resources (HR) Finance team, supporting the front-line customer-facing HR organizations, which includes our Line HR, HR Consulting, and Corporate Functions.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Performance & Planning: Analyze the financial performance of the Line HR and Corporate Functions teams, supporting leaders in identifying opportunities for resource optimization.
  • Close & Reporting Support: Provide support during financial close periods and deliver recurring financial reports, forecasts, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Business Partnership & Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor by responding to partner inquiries and offering insights on financial plans, long-range strategy, and performance trends.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage data mining, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and statistical techniques, to generate actionable insights.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies, legal standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that evolve the finance function to meet the growing scale and complexity of the business.
  • Other: Embody our culture and values.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
