Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Plano, TX

A rewarding opportunity is available for a registered nurse with an Associate degree or higher, ready to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with the care team
• Educate patients and families about health management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

• Valid RN license with an Associate degree or higher
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in acute care settings preferred
