About the role
The Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager - Senior Associate will work closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriters to evaluate proposed loans for credit risk and assist in the submission, structuring, negotiation and obtaining of approval for quotes.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing commercial loan requests
- Complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions
- Working with Relationship Managers to structure deals and present to Agencies for formal quotes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in multifamily underwriting, agency underwriting or screening
