Responsibilities
- Optimize Partner Segmentation & Coverage Strategy for growth
- Leverage Business Insights & Data for optimizing sales focus for growth
- Generate Deep Partner Insights globally to drive influence of Microsoft consumer roadmap
- Drive Partner Incentives Enhancement
- Lead Sales Excellence Initiatives
- Driving Channel Transformation
- Serve as coach to sales organisation
- Drive AI implementation in sales processes and channel
- Drive Impactful Partner Rhythm of Business Partnership with CCS Vice President
Requirements
- 8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
