DSHS HCLA Social Services Program Manager

This position establishes the goals and objectives for the biennium to ensure the outcomes, and that resources are available for the operations of the PACE and In Home Services. This position manages constituent complaints, personnel actions (corrective or disciplinary actions to improve performance), and Reasonable Accommodations.

• Manage over 60 FTE's with 6 direct reports
• Provide service provision for persons experiencing homelessness
• In Home Services in Region 2 Home and Community Services

• Master’s Degree in social science, health, public administration or related field
• Four years of professional experience in planning, administering, developing, or delivering social and health services programs
