Export & Agency Finance (AVP/VP)

This First Line role is suited for a Coverage Banker, Transactor, or Product Specialist with expertise in Structured Trade Finance or Term Lending

• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets for the Asia ECA team
• Drive the origination, structuring, and execution of ECA-backed financings across Asia
• Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle
• Drive Sinosure strategy in close coordination with regional leadership
• Optimize deal execution by coordinating multi-jurisdictional processes
• Develop cross-border financing pipeline
• Monitor and manage the Asia ECA portfolio
• Mitigate operational and documentation risks
• Act as the primary liaison for Sinosure
• Collaborate with Bankers, Product Partners, and Underwriters
• Deliver training to Risk, Business, and Legal teams
• Produce management reporting

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience in ECA Finance, Project Finance, or Structured Trade
• Exposure to Sinosure transactions
• Strong structuring, credit analysis skills
• Familiarity with Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) based documentation and loan agreement negotiation experience
