2026 Management and Sales Internship (Metro New York)

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12 week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences.

• Gain insight into a career in outside sales
• Complete a project that addresses critical business issues

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Must be enrolled in a college or university
