Paraprofessional

An opportunity is available for a skilled paraprofessional to support students in an elementary school setting located in Manchester, NH. This contract position is designed for the current school year (CSY) and focuses on providing essential support to teachers and students to enhance the learning environment.

• Assisting classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson preparation
• Supporting individual and small groups of students to meet learning objectives
• Helping manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, inclusive environment
• Participating in supervision during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times
• Collaborating with educators and staff to implement educational plans

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in an elementary school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and staff
• Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners and maintain a calm, patient demeanor
• Knowledge of basic instructional strategies and classroom management techniques
• Commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing educational atmosphere
