Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support services for the Elevator program
  • Process incoming payments
  • Data entry & processing licensing
  • Act as liaison between customers and agency
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and helpful manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience providing assistance to clients/customers
  • One year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist 1
  • Equivalent education/experience
