Requirements
- Ten or more years of civil litigation experience
- Leadership experience, skills and ability to mentor and supervise other employees
- Exceptional and positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to race equity and social justice
- Commitment to community lawyering and structural reforms to empower vulnerable populations
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A high level of motivation with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated discretion, excellent judgment, and the ability to work well as a member of a team
