About the role
Reviews all creative materials and consumer facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, and third-party intellectual property licenses; reviews ticket, hotel and package offers; and provides and applies marketing guidelines to comply with FTC Act and other applicable laws and/or regulations. Provides legal guidance under supervision of the attorneys to discrete business units including, but not limited to, Resource Marketing, Popcorn, brand communications, UX/UI, Content and Innovation, Food & Beverage, Revenue Operations, Entertainment and other.

- Reviews all creative materials and consumer facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, and third-party intellectual property licenses; reviews ticket, hotel and package offers; and provides and applies marketing guidelines to comply with FTC Act and other applicable laws and/or regulations.
- Provides legal guidance under supervision of the attorneys to discrete business units including, but not limited to, Resource Marketing, Popcorn, brand communications, UX/UI, Content and Innovation, Food & Beverage, Revenue Operations, Entertainment and other.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree is required – Paralegal Certificate (Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university acceptable in lieu of a Paralegal Certificate).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred – B.A. in Legal Studies or a related field.
- 2+ years corporate legal or law firm experience required; 3+ years preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
