About the role
Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role is also responsible for consent signing for transplant evaluation; applying standardized procedures to administer treatments; monitoring patients medication, providing intravenous (IV) insertions, drawing labs, and lab management; partnering with advanced practice provider (APP) or the primary care provider to resolve any patient concerns; and monitoring of implantable devices.

- Supports efforts to remain updated on current research, policies, and procedures
- Facilitating contract alignment by ensuring contracts are established for Transplant services
- Facilitates services related to coordination of care by coordinating case management
- Contributes to improvements to operations by identifying and reporting quality of care issues
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in case management, transplant, acute care, or a directly related field
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
