About the role

Responsible for increasing the number of active subscribers and product penetration through assigned events in assigned market(s) by primarily, but not limited to, focusing on market expansion, competitive territory and win back of former customers.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead and support events, including evening and weekend events, and will travel within an assigned market to conduct events.
  • Serve as the sales point of contact for company in association with assigned events, manage handoffs post-event, and assist with troubleshooting and/or resolving newly acquired customer concerns, enhancing and supporting the customer experience.
  • Generate new subscribers through events that are either initiated or attended by the company.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned market and event activities.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with consumer prospects and property staff when events are associated with multi-dwelling units.
