About the role
Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead music licensing and agreement management for YouTube across Southeast Asia.
- Drive global strategies locally and cultivate strategic relationships with trade organizations and APAC major label headquarters.
- Advocate for partners internally, using data analytics and key performance indicators to forecast growth and identify trends.
- Leverage your understanding of YouTube’s product roadmap to prioritize new business opportunities.
- Engage executive leadership to foster sustainable, long-term partnerships, ensuring a partner-centric approach that enhances user experience and drives business expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- 3 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a record of initiating and successfully managing music industry relationships and business development.
- Experience with strategic data analysis, public presentations, and data management.
- Understanding of technological concepts, various financial models, and digital music copyrights.
