Responsibilities
- Scrub in all surgical areas supporting diverse complex procedures with expertise and meticulous attention
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure sterile field maintenance and instrument readiness
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols throughout the perioperative process
- Respond promptly to on-call assignments, including holiday coverage when scheduled
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Operating Room Technology (ORT)
- Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
- Proficient in scrubbing for a wide range of surgical procedures
