About the role
IntelliRisk Product Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Ongoing customer service and support for customers in assigned region and/or designated clients.
- Analyze customer information needs and implement solutions utilizing existing and customized IntelliRisk products and services.
- New user onboarding and training for insureds/brokers/agents as well as internal partners.
- Support underwriting, claims and distribution groups in the promotion of IntelliRisk capabilities and utilization, including presentations to prospective customers.
- Identify and recommend product enhancements to better meet AIG operational and customer needs.
- Articulate and document business requirements for new or enhanced reporting or system functionality.
- Contribute and assist with all aspects of application testing for product releases.
- Manage data transfer processes to clients’ third-party vendor of choice and associated business, legal and security requirements.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the field of commercial insurance preferred.
- Analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communications skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
