About the role

IntelliRisk Product Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing customer service and support for customers in assigned region and/or designated clients.
  • Analyze customer information needs and implement solutions utilizing existing and customized IntelliRisk products and services.
  • New user onboarding and training for insureds/brokers/agents as well as internal partners.
  • Support underwriting, claims and distribution groups in the promotion of IntelliRisk capabilities and utilization, including presentations to prospective customers.
  • Identify and recommend product enhancements to better meet AIG operational and customer needs.
  • Articulate and document business requirements for new or enhanced reporting or system functionality.
  • Contribute and assist with all aspects of application testing for product releases.
  • Manage data transfer processes to clients’ third-party vendor of choice and associated business, legal and security requirements.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of commercial insurance preferred.
  • Analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communications skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
