Facility Operations Center Engineer, ADC InfraOps FOC

The Facility Operations Center Engineer, ADC InfraOps FOC is responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite operations teams. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels.

• Able to properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
• Perform change management tasks
• Create and issue tickets
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure

• 3+ years of technical support experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience documenting technical customer issues and 1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph
