• Source and engage clinicians using multiple platforms
• Screen and qualify candidates’ credentials, skills, and availability
• Match qualified clinicians to open positions and ensure accurate documentation in our database
• Provide full desk support to senior recruiters
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database entry
